If you wish to learn kettlebell lifting from a certified kettlebell instructor, then you have come to the right place! Coach Herman Chauw (RKC Kettlebell Instructor) will be holding kettlebell classes to promote the art of kettlebell lifting. Only the best at Singapore Kettlebells!
If you’re looking for a workout regime that incorporates strength training and cardio conditioning all in one workout, then this kettlebell class is the perfect program for you. In Kettlebell lifting, proper lifting technique is very important and bad technique may lead to injuries. But fear not, Coach Herman will be here to teach the proper exercise forms and correct your lifting techniques!
Our kettlebell classes are ideal for anyone who wants to:

Everyone is welcomed to attend the classes regardless of age, gender or fitness and strength levels. If you are a beginner, Coach Herman will guide you through the rigours of kettlebell training. If you are an intermediate, Coach Herman will be able to refine your technique and offer you valuable advice for better performance.
To achieve the best result, each class will be limited to a maximum of 10 people so that Coach Herman is able to pay full attention to each and everyone attending the class.

How to get there:
1) By MRT. Alight at Braddell. Come out from the staircase on your left. Follow the main road. Two bus stops away.
2) By bus. Take service 232 from Toa Payoh Interchange.
