Our bootcamp is an invite-only membership program. We use the free trial class tryout to assess if our program is the right fit for you in the long term. We are truly looking for those who are willing to make a change, put in the hard work and bring positive energy.

The trial class consist of an orientation session that aim to assess your current fitness level and focus on mobility and flexibility issues. We will also go through basic bodyweight and kettlebell movements. This ensures you are able to achieve full range of motion and proper form during bootcamp which will decrease any likelihood of injuries. Any training program that does not offer something like this to its clients is doing them a great disservice and is most likely to be using out-of-date training methodologies.

By signing up for your free trial, we expect your commitment before you are allowed into the main class.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Are kettlebells provided at the bootcamp?
A. Yes, you will have access to kettlebells at the bootcamp and not required to buy any kettlebells of your own. However, if you wish to practise some of the kettlebell moves in your own free time at home, it is recommended that you get one.

Q. Is the bootcamp suitable for women?
A. Of course! Women often have this misconception that training with weights will make them look like “The Hulk”. Far from it, kettlebell training is actually great for toning up the lower body and overall fat loss in a short time, which is why many celebrities like Jessica Alba, Katherine Heigl have embraced this form of training.

Q. I’m lazy and hate training, should I attend the bootcamp?
A. No, you should continue watching TV and eat your junk food. When you are ready to take charge of your own health, then you may contact us.

Q. I have no experience with any weights or kettlebells, is this suitable for me?
A. No worries about it, our bootcamp is structured in such a way that there a different levels of difficulties for each exercise. You will be taught to start off at the most basic variation. We also cover alot on joint mobility and flexibility in our bootcamp to get you preapred for the more rigorous movements.

Note: Please be punctual for the session you have chosen to attend, come 5 to 10 minutes beforehand. We have the right to reject your attendance if you come late. Also, please wear comfortable workout attire, training is done barefoot as shoes are not allowed inside the dojo. Kettlebells are provided for usage.
